Bull Rider Scores Big on Bad Company Rodeo Offspring at ABBI Events
Bad Company Rodeo would like to congratulate Joey Almand of Carrizo Springs, TX for splitting second & third place at the ABBI American Heritage Futurity in Ardmore, OK on June 5, 2010. Joey’s bull #418 “I’m No Angel” scored an average of 22 points just a 1/4 point behind first place and won $49,767. “I’m No Angel” also won the ABBI Spring Fling in Stephenville, TX earlier this year with an average score of 22.5. “I’m No Angel” is the son of Bad Company Rodeo’s #92 “Unbelievable” that Almand recently purchased.

Bad Company Rodeo Pays Out $26,757 at Poteet Strawberry Fest Rodeo
The Bad Company Rodeo "Back in the Saddle Tour 2010" rocked Poteet, Texas April 10-11, 2010 for the rodeo at the Strawberry Festival. The event paid out $26,757 in prize money for contestants. March 25-27, 2010: Odessa College NIRA Rodeo
The Odessa College NIRA rodeo was held March 25-27, 2010 in Odessa, Texas using Bad Company Rodeo as the stock contractor. Tarleton State University took home both the men's and women's titles. The results are posted below in *pdf.
March 26-28, 2010: Puluxy River Bronc Blowout
Bad Company Rodeo was there for the three-day broncing horse competition. Horses from two categories were judged: Classic horses were judged under a remote dummy for 6 seconds on two-year-olds and eight seconds on three-year-olds. Horses were judged by four judges using specifications similar to those adopted by the PRCA. Ranch horses were judged under a remote dummy for 6 seconds on two-year-olds and eight seconds on three-year-olds. Horses were judged by 4 judges for their wild and exotic style of bucking. March 26-28, 2010: 5th Annual West and Company Memorial Roping
This roping is held to not only honor the memory and friendship of Vernon West, Jim Bob Altizer, Mack Yates, and Bud Smith, but also the influence they had for young people and ropers young and old. This year’s event, presented by Zeecon High Speed Wireless Internet, was held in San Angelo, TX on March 26-28 inside the Spur Arena, a great facility on the San Angelo Stock Show grounds. As in years past, the proceeds will be used to provide scholarships to Texas high school seniors. Last year scholarships were presented among such places as Del Rio, El Dorado, Rock Springs, and Sonora.
March 20, 2010: Stockdale, Texas "Smokin'" Bull Riding Results
The Bad Company Rodeo "Back in the Saddle 2010" Tour was on the road at Stockdale, Texas on March 20, 2010. We brought out new stock, paid out almost $6,700 in prize money, and here's how the performances scored.
